When fixing one tooth at a time is no longer enough
Over the years, teeth wear down, fracture or build up restorations that stop working well. When this affects several teeth, repairing them one by one is usually a short-term fix: the whole mouth needs to be considered.
Oral rehabilitation restores chewing function, a stable bite and the aesthetics of your smile in a single plan. We assess your bite, gums and facial proportions, and coordinate with other specialties when your case needs it.
Before we start you’ll know what we’ll do, in what order, with which materials and how long it will take. If it makes sense to work in stages, we plan it that way.

Making your rehabilitation last
- Wear your night guard if we prescribe one: it protects the work from bruxism.
- Keep crowns and restorations clean, including flossing around them.
- Don’t use your teeth to open packages or bite hard objects.
- Come to your check-ups so we can review fit, gums and bite.
Frequently asked questions
What patients ask us most
How long does oral rehabilitation take?
It depends on how many teeth and treatments are involved. A limited case can be completed in a few weeks; a full rehabilitation usually takes a few months. After the evaluation we give you a clear timeline.
What’s the difference between a crown and a restoration?
A restoration (filling) replaces part of a tooth. A crown covers it completely and is recommended when little healthy structure remains or the tooth is at risk of fracturing.
Do crowns look natural?
Yes. We use metal-free ceramics that mimic the translucency and color of natural teeth, designed to match the rest of your smile.
Can I do the treatment in stages?
Yes. It often makes sense to address what’s urgent first and progress in phases. We decide this together when planning your case.
